An IPA brewed with an experimental hop from the breeding program at Oregon State University (Go Beavers!) that we’ve nicknamed “Thing One”. Hoppy aroma notes of papaya, pineapple and stone fruit (peach, apricot) abound in this medium body, light orange colored IPA.

Very tropical and citrus notes. Big orange and pineapple rind aroma and taste. Some bitter resin and pine. Lots of grapefruit juice and a tart/crisp finish. Well above average.
