750ml bottle poured into a snifter
A- pours a clear amber color with a magenta hue, one-finger foamy white head has short retention
S- some phenolic peppery yeast with aromas of clove and banana esters, as well as banana Runts. Dragonfruit undertones, as well as pomegranate and fruity sugar
T- tastes like a Belgian strong up front, with peppery and clove-like yeast up front that gives notes of banana, pear and sweet apple. Mid-palate brings out more fruity esters with banana and berries. The finish gives more peppery yeast that lingers with more banana and berry notes
M- medium body with low carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel that continues into a warming finish
