Added from notes I have finally gotten around to adding that I took over thanksgiving weekend last year.
A: Half finger white head on a murky crimson body.
S: Peppercorn, oak notes and mild chile/habanero.
T: sweet caramel malt with herbal and spicey notes overlying the malts.
M: light to moderate carbonation with a moderate body and of course a warm chile aftertaste.
O: Nutty notes are there but like so many others including chile peppers, these distract from the flavor and that is why this is one of my least favorite genres.

A: Slightly cloudy yellow/orange. With a half finger white head.
S: A bit sweet and woody with chili pepper.
T: Cashews, bourbon, sweet malt, a touch of chili pepper heat in the finish.
M: Creamy, mild carbonation with a slight chili pepper burn.
O: I really enjoyed this. It had just the right amount of heat to enhance rather than distract from the other flavors. I don't know what barrels they used for this, but it has a touch of Cashew Mountain Brown taste.
