Meaahhh. One of my lowest ranked beers from Founders but better than any mass market crap. This poured a golden yellow color with a big white head. Aroma was of bright vibrant citrusy hops with not much else. Flavor was much the same, lots of mild but fresh hop flavor but not really bitter. A great session beer.

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The thought is to make a “session” beer that has big hop flavor and aroma. It’s only 4% ABV, brewed with corn, wheat and oats, and it’s hopped with a newer American hop variety called Citra.
On tap at Founders April 2010. Variation of Solid Gold using Citra hops. Vibrant yellow, golden color with snowy white slowly dissappating head. Citrus nose leads to lemony, lime non-puckering flavor. Fairly thin mouthfeel with prickly carbonation. Quaffable thirst quencher. Nothing too special, but not a bad lawn mowing beer.
