Mosaic Promise showcases two unique ingredients: Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malt. The versatility of the hop’s pleasing aroma and flavor characteristics and the traditional barley’s depth of flavor comprise this clean, rich, golden beer. We can brew complex beers with the best of them, but we recognize that there is also beauty in simplicity.

Had a tiny sample at a local bar...
I had . To compare it with mortal bloom... Which is a little more immature yet more flashy... I found a 12 pack of this but I didn't buy it on speculation... Life's too short to drink those mistakes... This isn't like a juicy IPA chasing you like some citrus juicy almost cocktail taster. This is something more refined than that... It might be something in between at 5.5 It's 50 IBU... Promises delivery without all the fanfare and the fabrication for the pallet... Taste... I'm not sure of Founders is into that fabricating tastes where others are using chemical esters.,
I'm speculating here...these are just tasting notes... For now. . Till I get a proper pint... I'll sit with this as a baseline and I expect to revisit in the near future.

Copenhagen 12/4 2018. 35,5 cl bottle from Meny. Small chubby bottle with print. Grain collecting Elfin Woman on the label.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairy strong. Sour citric acidity. Fermented fruit. Moldy gym bag.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick texture.
Flavor has rather strong sweetness followed by and balanced by strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is semi-dry.
Pretty simple and heavily influenced by the single Hop Mosaic approach. But quite nice for a single hop brew.

Clear , golden color. Big, white head that stays for a while. Aroma of pine resin and malt. Juicy, bitter,a nd refreshing. Simple and beautiful. It's a great pale ale!

Aromas are defined by a lime wrapped exotic fruit basket, accompanied by a note of caramel and lighter red currants.
Has a light and refreshing mouthfeel with an effervescent finish to it, creating an utmost thirst quenching beverage.
Tastes of bitter limes, rustic toffee and sweet marzipan among matured grass and white bread dough. Offers an ongoing bitterness with an uprising bubbly, stony carbonation among lighter wheat and garden leaves. Finishes with lighter oranges, maintaining, prominent limes and supportive bread dough, creating a clean and crisp finish.
Solid, easy drinking Pale with a convincing balance to it.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of citrus, little else is present. Taste is citrus, malts, a bit of dankness, bitter for a pale ale. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent but unspectacular beer.
