As described by the brewmaster, this is in the style of a northern German Pilsner.
Surprisingly cloudy look. Dirty gold. Minor head that dissipates completely leaving no lacing.
Slightly soured pale malt aroma. The hop is light and elusive.
Dry and leaving to the bitter, there’s a subtle sweet berry sweetness in the swallow counteracting the black pepper hop bitterness. The body and carbonation are within expectations. The finish creates a lingering hop pellet bitterness in the aftertaste.
