Pours the color of a bing cherry skin with a pretty light purple head.
Nose is all cherry with some sweet malt thrown in. Starts off with fresh, sweet cherry flavor. Not for those who use the word "cloying" for everything but hophead IPA's. Turns a bit acidic with some cherry skin and pit in the middle when the malt kicks in to firm up the body a bit. Leaves a load of fresh cherries in your mouth on the finish. A very nice fruit beer for those who enjoy their wheat beers with fresh, sharp, well done flavors.

Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: A bit hazy red/orange in colour with a fine white lace.
Smell: Light fruit and hints of yeast and grain.
Taste: A nice light cherry flavour that tastes real because it is. Cherries were added at kettle time. Clean and crisp.
Notes: One of the the better fruit beers at this brewpub.
