Copenhagen 12/4 2016. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugen. Label is in Svaneke's usual design with zebra stripes. Quite cute.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a white head. A bit bubbly. Head disappears fairly fast leaving only small remnants of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is fruity and nicely balanced between sweet fruit and more tart citric notes.
Prickly carbonation and watery palate. Lively texture.
Flavor is fairly tart and a little acidic - but balanced by a fruity sweetness. Lingering aftertaste.
Rather refreshing and not too sweet like many "spring beers". But I do not know if the zebras would really appreciate this (and not go for their usual supply of muddy water).
