Tasted this beer on tap at the Zerodegree brewpub recently.
A: in a half-pint glass it pours a cloudy, light amber hue with almost ho head at all... restrained carbonation.
S: lightly spicy and freshly-cut wood-chip note, combined with a light touch of banana; a tinge of sour, almost lambic-like wheatish aroma at the back.
T&M: a juicy malted-wheat flavour along with mildly-sour banana, clove and acidic taste of wheat with a touch of white pepper--slightly tangy kick of wheat and spices at the back, leading to a bit of clashing mouthfeel and moderately-dryish finish with a bitter-sweet twist in the every end. The mouthfeel is lively and tangy at first and turning rounded wheatish bit by bit.
D: overall it's a nice apperitif to me, yet overly understated than it perhaps should be according to its style...
