A: light golden colour, a sparse head, low but just about right carbonation...
S: very lively and dryish smell of hops upfront, with a touch of lightly lemon-zesty and grapefruit peel's oily texture--quite subtly nice but the hop aroma is too timid for a Czech Pilsner.
T: extremely dry and lightly spicy hop flavour upfront... grassy and almost rice-like dryish savour slowly prevails, along with an intense, deeply bitter flavour lingering towards the end.
M: overall very lively and spicy-dry, the mouthfeel is consistently clean and bitter it arouses more and more thirst sip by sip... An interesting interpretation of a Pilsner, much less aromatic hoppy but just incredibly thirst-quenching!!!
