We based our unfiltered beer specialty on the classic lager, which we perfected with the synergy of carefully selected citrus flavors. The lemon aroma is enhanced by a dash of lime, and the balance is perfected by the grapefruit finish.

Poured from 500mL can into my Bierwerk Züri glass. Best by 1/6/27.
Appearance: medium-dark orange hue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop. The can says "unfiltered lager" so the haze makes sense.
Smell: sweet malt with a very lemon-lime aroma. Kind of like a radler or a shandy made with Sprite. It's fine.
Taste: there's a slightly bready character to the malt, which I like, and plenty of lime and lemon flavor. It's quite sweet, and I could do with less sweetness, but for what is basically a radler it's not bad.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is actually a pretty solid and refreshing beer if what you're looking for is a quaff in the sun. It's a bit sweet for my taste, but otherwise it gets its job done.
