Had from the bottle at a bar in St Johns. Its advertised as a belgian style ale - which from a brewing standpoint sounds perfect when brewing in such a hot place. The yeast must love living in the carribean...
Nice hefe/belgian yeast aromas...some slight banana and noble hop aroma. Bready malt notes as well. Flavor is somewhat fruity wheaty hay, with a touch of noble hop. The belgian yeast makes it somewhat fruity - and this is actually pleasant. Like the rest of their brews; nothing amazing here, but more than drinkable - and much better than Presidente!

Enjoyed at the tap room on st john virgin island.
A: single finger head with nice lacing on a cloudy golden with a slight amber hue body.
S: fruity saison like aroma and a little spice.
T: flavor is fairly on with the style. The low ABV is apparent as it is a touch watery. Pale malt with slight bittering hops up front with a fruity citrus finish.
M: light to medium body and moderate carbonation. Semi dry in the finish.
Overall: nice representation of the style. Just a touch watery up front otherwise a well made brew.

From tap to shaker glass at the St. John Brewing Taproom on 6/5/11
*From notes
A: Cloudy, murky pale creamy amber. Good head, 1.5 fingers and nice lacing.
S: Muted traditional Belgian nose, with a dallop of yeast and orange peel.
T: A bit all over the place, yet not enough. It's slightly musty, a little yeasty, a bit citrusy and wholly malty.
M: A bit thin, but the ABV justifies the lack of real body.
O: St. John's Liquid Sunshine is a reasonably tasty Pale Wheat. It could use a bit of refining, but for ease of drinking, it's not half bad.
