brewed for the denver heat, and to that end, its not a bad effort, but for me it leaves a little to be desired. for one, the lime is way back there, and its like, concentrated or something, not fresh and zesty, i wanted this to even have a little cooling refreshing acidity to it, and its just not there. the it looks great, golden and heady in my glass, very pleasant. it smells more limey than it tastes, and there is a malt sweetness in both the nose and the taste that simply does not need to be there. i would like more lime and more freshness in the flavor, and a little bit less body, not that its heavy, but i want to slam on this in the summer. i agree with the other reviewer that it might have been better as a six pack beer. carbonation is good but its weighty in the body for what its trying to be, and the lingering malt sweetness, while not too intense or anything, seems like a flaw to me. i give the idea an A, i give the execution a B.

Poured From 22 oz to Pilsner glass.
Look: Light gold, very clear, lots of carbonation. Fluffy head with decent retention. Some lacing as you drink it down. This certainly looks like a very inviting Lager.
Smell: Lime is certainly present. Or is it a bit more of a hop presence than you get in most other Lagers?
Taste: Crisp with a bread like finish. Throw in the Lime and this beer reminds me of taco night. Tastes like a fresh tortilla. Not terribly complex but very agreeable.
Feel: Started out pretty light bodied but slowly moved closer to medium bodied. Loads of carbonation is certainly delightful.
Overall: Really solid offering from Dry Dock. Not the greatest lager I've ever had. I probably like Ska's Mexican Logger a little better (if i had to chose a Lime and Lager combination that is) and I think this might have been better off as a sixer than a bomber. I guess, if I'm honest, this is something I want more that two glasses of.
