From the half liter bottle, it pours a clear light amber color with a 1-2 inch white head that slowly reduces. The nose gets a dose of light malt with notes of spicy hops. The mouth gets a nice maltiness with a modest amount of hops. A nice drinkable lighter bockbier.

very clear golden, fine bubbles and likewise foam
aroma is very nicely delicate of pilsener malt some alcohol and noble spicy hop aroma
taste starts out sweet and metallic with a surprisingly bitter finish that leaves a dry mouth.
mouthfeel is medium and smooth with well integrated carbonation
Like this a lot but due to its bitterness that lifts the sweetness that you often get from Heller Bock. unfortunately there is a metallic character which is probably from the brewing water rather than a brewing flaw.
