From the tap at the brewery, it pours a nice clear amber color with a nice off-white head . The nose and mouth get a nice fresh tasting balanced malty brew that is pleasant and easy to drink.

Pours a clean amber color with a noisy, medium white head.
The aromas are defined by toffee accompanied old leaves, cooked peas and fresh crushed grains among a good amount of straw.
Has a well developed, lively carbonation among a light refreshing and well balanced body.
Tastes of caramel bonbon from first glance, together with dry, spicy hops and a pleasant, lighter rusticness, showcasing dried flowers and toasty grains. Offers a mellow, sweet and spicy middle part, in which the initial caramel sweetness slowly fades away, while opening up the palate to even more pronounced grains. Finishes with a herbal spiciness, peaking with a short licorice appearance, gently entangled into garden herbs, and toasty grain husks.
This drinks very well and smooth with a great balance and flavor profile to it, which is quite untamed while providing a thirst quenching experience at the same time.
