Brauerei Hans Knoblach "Schammelsdorfer Ungespundet Lagerbier"
2,40€ / ,5L on tap at the brewery on 16 September 2017
Look: Clear deep golden body beneath a finger's width of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Grainy and sweetish malt and herbal hops.
Taste: Grainy and sweetish malt is threaded through with herbal and spicy hops, and balanced by a strong bitterness. You get sweetish malt and then a bitter, dry, herbal and spicy finish.
Feel: Medium bodied, gently crisp, and then smooth.
Overall: An excellent lager that's not to be missed.

Deep golden, very lean, white foam.
Malty smell, full, with relatively raw notes.
Full malty taste. Maybe it lacks a bit of the freshness of the same beer on tap, but still, a great beer.
Malt, but also quite bitter in the aftertaste.
Very, very deinkable.
Some biscuit hintsm grassy, bitter aftertaste, dry finish.
