Pours a clear orange with thick, soapy head.
Smell is crisp, bready and a bit sweet. Notes of rye bread, biscuit, citrus, yeast and wheat dough.
Taste is crisp, rich and bready. Solid bitterness and notes of brown bread, toast, rye, citrus, yeast and wheat dough.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, an amazing lager. I would call it a Vienna/Kellerbier hybrid. Incredibly moorish.
