Pours a lighter brown in color with a huge, froth head atop.
Smells of fresh cut straw, toasty nuts and a lighter note of grain accompanied caramel.
Drinks light and refreshing with an effervescent, softer carbonation.
Tastes of whole grain bread, rustic toffee and a light note of bakers chocolate. Turns drier then with a herbatious note blending well into some caramel and maintaining bread rind. Finishes with a short, prominent and sweet malt peak, gently wrapped up into even dryer turning, leafy hops, creating an intriguing, crisp aftertaste.
Fantastic Landbier with an awesome balance and dryness to it. Even though this isn‘t as fresh as it could be, it is astounding to me how hop forward this is in a balanced fashion.
