Had on cask. Clear orangey brown body, off-white finger of foam, franconian styled I believe. Floral and grassy note dote the aroma bouquet with malt, darker bread and mineral water. Taste has the malts becoming more sweet and hops more bitter, in between the yeast gives off a multigrain bread flavoring, grass and flowers are in the second half but don't carry through as well as they did in the nose. Feel has more rustic graininess than what was detected elsewhere, elevated body through the sip, carbonation is spot on

Yields a crystal clear amber to golden color with a huge eggshell white head.

Smells of dried herbs, sunflowers and whole grain bread, together with some toffee and light caramel.

Drinks rich and refreshing with a soft, vivid carbonation, coating the beer‘s light body perfectly.

Tastes of matured dry hops, fresh mowed grass and caramel covered, toasted grains. Turns even more rustic then, with slightly sweeter turning malts and remaining, dry hops. Finishes dry, crisp with a light layer of honey among whole grain bread and toffee.

Versatile and well versed, this packs a solid dryness among sweeter, rustic grains and a soft carbonation. The beer drinks great, with perfect balance and a nice depth to it.
