Apricot-bread nose, moss, strawberry squash.
Vanilla-smooth arrival, herbatious like the tall Ericaceae-plant I nibbled as a child. Fresh pinewood. A soft metallic note that's hard to pin down. Subtle spice. Appreciates a fatty cut of meat alongside it.

Pours a clear amber with fluffy head.
Smell is crisp and bready with notes of toast, knäckebröd, toffee and citrus peel.
Taste is bready and a bit sweet with a moderate bitterness. Notes of toffee, brown bread, toast and knäckebröd.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a great Märzen, super drinkable.
