Thoroughly enjoyed from the growler via Mt. Carmel. This nice little
saison style ale pours a cloudy yellow tinged amber with a fantastic
head of white foam that slowly settles to a thick ring, thin pool, and nice
light lacing. Nose of pineapple, mango, orange zest, lemon zest, and
light sweet malts. Flavors follow the nose with notes of pineapple and
lemon zest on the front, yeasty goodness with farmhouse funk hits on
the middle with lightly tart tones, and banana and mango with a touch of
clementines falls on the rear with a medium hopped grassy herbal note.
Nice mouth feel, moderately dry, crisp, refreshing, and with medium light
carbonation with a lightly tart and sweet tinged finish. Overall---I like it
very VERY much.
Cheers
