I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the Missoula taproom.
Appearance: clear straw hue with a finger of frothy white foam and a ton of apparent effervescence. I happen to really like it.
Smell: light and bright saison aroma. Not super complex, but nicely enticing.
Taste: very much a French saison. Funky and farmhousey with a nice sweetness.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a decent saison. A bit of a standard French saison, so it kind of lacks complexity, but still it's a nicely quaffable beverage.
