Floral and resiny notes dominate the aroma, with a touch of onion.

Onion is present throughout in flavor, and very resiny. Bitter, herbal tea finish.

Hazy light amber. Medium-to-coarse bubbles compose the head. Reduced down to foam translucency. Laces a little.

Mosaic hop exoticism. Floral notes, white tea, nectarine, mint sprigs, and tangerine. Some white grapefruit and hop leafiness. Very pale malt base without much more than a crackery note.

Bitter Mosaic tea leaf, citrus zest, mint, and pine. Nice hop intensity in the flavor. Malts are weak; the only way to let good hops sing in a session IPA. Faint treacle. Drier than the aroma, even.

Softer side of carbonation, upfront, with extra kinetic energy expelled late. Body is oily and slick with a medium weight.

A tasty session IPA. Love the Mosaic.
