Dull dark brown with a muddy coffee brown film.
Mint here seems to have taken over with a vengeance, as the bourbon presence combines with it to add a green apple or slightly tart lemon note. It's kind of like an unexpected whiskey sour, but it's not what you're looking for in this and it can be quite jarring.
