Foggy pale gold with a thick fuzzy white collar.
This exhibits a barnyard, hay, and straw-like funk that is nice and soft, playing with a little corn, wheat, mild brett spice and yellow apple.
Dad's Bier is just perfectly balanced and not even tart at all, coming to a semi-dry finish.
