Poured out of a 16 oz. can into my weizen glass, this beer draws a somewhat hazy/cloudy light golden color w/ lots of streams of little bubbles continuously and fairly rapidly rising to the beer's surface. Has a nice white head that’s about 1/3 of an inch thick one first drawn and served that quickly settles to a thin to medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass w/ a bit of film layer surface foam. Also wish this had a bit more lacing. No much to be found here at all. Aromas of some bready malts and wheat along with banana, clove, and a bit of bubblegum. A very similar taste, with some bready malts and wheat along with banana, clove and a bit of bubblegum. I do wish these were all a bit stronger overall here though. Has a fairly crisp, also smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with light to carbonation. Very drinkable. Has a very clean finish. Not bad at all. Enjoyable and refreshing on this warm spring night here in Cleveland, OH. I just with all the flavors were a bit more pronounced overall.

I found this very good, I mostly enjoyed that it still retained the normal Hefeweizen flavors. The one other imperial Hefe I've had did not and was dry hopped and it suffered. This is easily the best one of the 25th anniversary imperials I've tried.
