"7 varieties of hops and a double malt bill."
A- Pour a crystal clear copper color with a thin egg shell colored head. Head had good retention forms cap over the top and leaves some nice layered lacing.
S- Quite a bit of hop flavours hitting me first. Some Earthy, floral, but mainly are piney and citrus. Also has quite a strong malt back bone with bready and caramels coming through and a bit of spicyiness from the yeast.
T- A good balance of malts and hops here, but the spicy yeast seems to distract from what is really at front. A good amount of piney and tropical fruits at first, followed by a strong malt back bone and then comes in the spice. Alcohol is here as well.
M- Fuller side of medium and carbonation was nice. Has a nice sticky feel to it.
O- This is a great looking beer. I think a few little tweaks with the yeast and we have a winner. I'd try this one again anytime.
