Served from cask into a snifter. Poured a hazy fluorescent yellow-orange with a half finger white head that subsided to a minimal amount quickly. Maintained nice lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, cherry, tart cherry, wheat, banana, and subtle spices. The flavor was of sweet malt, cherry, big wheat, fruit, and subtle banana. It had a light feel on the palate with mild carbonation. Overall this was a pretty decent brew. The addition of the cherries really shined through on this one and added another level of complexity to the base brew. The aroma on this one was quite nice with a mix of tart cherry and sweet cherry aromas going on. In the flavor however, the wheat dominated the cherries in my opinion. Might have been a little better if there was some spice present as well. Still quite refreshing and easy to drink. Definitely worth trying if you get the opportunity. Tick.
