Had this beer on-tap at Akron Thirsty Dog. The pour seemed pretty quick with some frilly lace still left at the top of the pint glass. This beer is presented as a summer beer with a hint of honey. I felt I could discern some honey in the smell. The beer had a tiny bit of cloudiness to it which seemed appropriate to me for a wheat beer. The first taste wasn't too exciting and I felt maybe it was just another one of their beers meant for the Bud-light crowd. To me, what sealed the deal with the beer was the cool lingering after-taste. I imagine this is the wheat kicking in. It gave me the feeling of biting into freshly baked bread. I found myself constantly sipping at the beer to keep that taste lingering. The touch of honey kept it slightly sweet. The beer is strikingly light for such complexity. I look forward to drinking much more of this beer this summer. Dangerously drinkable..

Took the taste test..at .50 per sample. $$$ well spent.
Well, everyplace has a "not-so-good" beer. Well, not so good to me. Wheats are not my fave beer styles, Summer beers are not my usual cup o' beer. This wheat did nothing but seem revolting to me.
It looked okay and smelled okay but first, second and third tastes did not change. I went back to it and sipped it again twice and tasted the same thing. Maybe it was a bad batch or the end of the keg, but wow, this was not very good. The only way I can relate how this beer tasted..it was kind of like when you get a stain in your shirt, don't have water so you suck your shirt a bit. It had a detergent taste that I could not finish. There were other much better beers to sample and sample I did.

Cloudy light amber brew with a decent head. The brew laced very well through the glass. Typical wheat sweetness and grain sense in the nose. The body is fairly light as is the overall taste. It does seem to be a warm weather brew. No balance here; this is pretty straightfoward as a sweet beer.
