It's cold alright, I'll give them that. Are they worried what happens if it warms up a bit?
3 clear isn't a bad beer. It's heaps better than the Carlton in the tap next-door to it, but still an average beer, and overpriced at this establishment. Macro-lager-looking appearance but with a better than average-looking head. Not a whole lot of smell other than some malty sweetness. Taste is crisp and clean and quite thirst quenching. It's worth a shot, and might be a good transition brew for your Carlton/VB friends to try.

This Beer was served way too damn cold. The motto is beer is best served at 3 degrees. And so therefore the beer is so damn cold.
A = Poured a Light orange.
S = Faint apples, and strong hop aroma.
T = When Cold = Tasted a faint fruit taste with a slight hop finish.
When the beer warms up = The apple and pear notes come through a little more, also the finish seems to roughen up a little. A more hoppiness comes through as well as a slight grassy aftertaste.
M = Moderately carbonated. Just served too damn cold.
D = Not bad. Not great. Average.
