750mL bottle poured into a snifter. Bottle #525/573
(A)- Pours a hazed apricot orange color. Some good white froth, lacing, and retention
(S)- A bright lemon and oak forward barrel notes. Obvious hints at the wine wine with touches of vanilla. Slightly tart
(T)- Tons of a buttery oaky vanilla character with bits of tart lemon and white wine. On the sweeter side in regards to its malt backbone
(M)- A good carbonation level. The butter character huts this a bit, but some nice oak and tartness
(O)- A fun example for the style. If the diactyl wasnt there, this would probably be fantastic
