Hand-pulled half-pint during the 34rd Telford Beer Festival (Crown Inn Oakengates) on 4 May 2013. The only beer from Norfolk on the menu.
This is what the brewery said about it:
To celebrate our 500th gyle (brew), we brewed a special version of Little Sharpie at 5% alcohol by volume. This one-off beer had a boosted grain bill and also an additional hopping with Cascade hops at the finish.
This is what I said about it:
Clear golden body with a thin white head. I found the beer to be fruity and fairly sweet. Good blend of flavours ensured the 5% ABV sat nicely and it was well balanced throughout the tasting.
