The Raspberry Wheat generally arrives as a ruby red beverage with little head. There is a very distinct raspberry scent to the brew, which leads to a smooth, slightly sweet, raspberry taste. with little to no bitterness. The end result is a refreshing fruit beer that I like to introduce to friends who don't appreciate more traditional ales.

Arrived at the table with little head, and that soon dropped to a bare haze on the surface of the reddish-pink beer.
Nose is dominated by slightly tart raspberry. Had to search to find any hint of the wheat.
Taste follows the aroma, with tart raspberry tasted throughout, sweetening in the middle, then the wheat is finally felt with not quite enough snap on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium-thin, smooth, with some nice carbonation.
The beer is decently refreshing, I can certainly see myself ordering some on a hot summer evening, but probably won't be a regular. Worth a try though.

Hazy copper/red body with an off-white head with pink tones. Strong raspberry aroma and a little bit of grain. The flavour is quite straightforward, and there's not too much to it other than fresh raspberry purree and wheat, but it is crisp and refreshing. lLightly light body and carbonation. Gets plus points for not tasting fake, and has good drinkability for a fruit beer, but not something I'd usually pick to session.

Had a sample of my fiancee's.
Appearance: Comes to the table a hazy red colour, sligth copper tinge, with a very modest off white head. Retention is ok, eventually settling to a thin ring around the glass.
Aroma: Smell is completely dominated by raspberries, I cannot tell if it is an artificial smell or not, but I will assume it is not based on the quality of their other brews. Not much else to smell, wheat does not come through, only a bit of yeasty bread.
Taste: Raspberries and more raspberries. Very sweet with a bit of a wheat bite in the finish, that is about the only hint of wheat in the flavour. A bit of caramel also comes through.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, drinkability is high if you're into beer that doesn't taste light malt or hops.
Final Statement: Not the greatest Raspberry wheat, but it serves its audience well. I'll continue to drink my fabulous IPA and Bulldog Brown at the Roost.

Arrives at my table a slightly cloudy copper with a noticable red hue, and has a one finger pink head that dissipates reasonably slowly and leaves some good lacing. Smell is almost entirely of slightly over-ripe raspberries, with little else coming through. Taste begins with a sickly sweet taste of raspberry, and the sharp wheat bite that ought to be present in the finish falls terribly flat, so I'm left with the impression that I'm chewing on raspberry stem or something. Mouthfeel is slightly thin and under carbonated, and drinkability is poor. Not something I'll have again, especially given the much better offerings available here.
