Appearance: Pale golden cloudy body; not much head or lacing
Smell: Very little on the nose; hard to tell this is a wheat beer
Taste: Slightly bitter taste complemented by a bit of sweetness
Mouthfeel: Very light
Drinkability: Nice and refreshing on a hot day but doesn't give you too much else to contemplate.

A decent cloudy straw gold drawn with a nice 2 fingers of head. It has an aroma of malt and citrus. The taste is citric with a hop bite. It's feel is light and dry with a hop finish. Overall a reasonable wheat, but just a little bitter for my taste.

Very likeable beer from TBonz. This is a beer that they have all the time, so if you get the chance, give it a try. The brewer also told me that if they have a surplus of the wheat, they make a watermelon wheat. Last year they made 2 kegs of it, but it sold out in a day. Anyways, this is a good unfiltered wheat beer. Nice cloudy complexion, but not much in the head department. It started out big and foamy, but died out quickly. The taste is very "wheaty" and has tastes of fruits, but mostly the wheat and malts. Not much on the hops here either. Overall a damn good warm weather beer. Not too heavy, not too light.
