This Belgian style saison is moderately malty with low hop character and rich copper color. Biere de Garde ales are aged longer to give them a smooth flavor.

L:. Pours a golden orange with a small tan head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Belgian yeast, pepper, coriander and a touch of hop, a bit of malt, fairly average.
T:. Belgian yeast, a touch of bubblegum, pepper, a touch of toasted bread, overall pretty solid taste.
F:. Nice carb, medium body.
O:. Pretty solid Belgian Ale.
