Plevna Amarillo Weizen

Had on tap at Pikkulinto, called Amarillo Weizen. Pour is a deep amber center with light yellow edges and a fluffy white head. The nose has a husky yeast/grain aroma, almost musky. There is some interesting spice with an earthy dirt type quality and fairly peppery. Yeast and lemon notes tickle a bit as well. Strong cream up front really making a presence, yeast is light with a bit more pepper, light lemon and faint hop in back. Very soft and creamy with good carbonation and a bit sticky on the back of the throat.
