Poured into a tulip glass with a massive head like a lot of fruit beers. Dark pink with a pink tinged off white head.
Smells like...cherries. Also tastes like cherries. Not as sour as I was thinking it may be, I don't really like cherries for this reason, but a bit of a tartness is there. Not as sweet as some other "cherry" beers out there. This beer is drinkable but I don't think I'd want more than one in a session.
These guys also do a Plum beer which is so so & a Apple beer which is quite good (I love apples though). I'm pretty certain they use actual fruit too which is always a good thing!

A: Like pink grapefruit juice, with a bubbly, off-white, pink head!
S: Sour cherry, lambic smell.
T: Sour Cherries. Finish is very dry. No hop flavour. Definitely a little lambic sourness here (not sure if it was intentional?).
M: Light body, plenty of carbonation, dry finish. Very Belgian-like.
D: It's light, funky and not overly bold (and certainly not sweet)... but it just isn't that drinkable.
