Poured a deep brown hue with traces of mahogany. There was a two finger foamy white head with good retention and lacing.
The smell featured hints of burnt grain, roasted barley and coffee.
The taste consisted of an upfront coffee and burnt grain with a touch of sweetness toward the middle, ending with a dry roasted grain.
The mouthfeel was a bit on the lighter side for the style.
Overall a pretty good and certainly enjoyable porter.
