Ive never tasted a beer quite like this, and, assuming no flavored extracts are added, I find it hard to isolate the source of its unique taste profile. The flavor sports an abundant showing of vanilla and a peculiar marshmallow essence. These flavors are neither modest nor unwelcome and are closed off by tight bittering. The full effect is quite distinctive.
Revenue Rye is densely clouded, powdered ochre with a soft white head, slight citric aroma, and full carpeted lace. It is a spry and summery beer, highly individualistic, with a surge of festive spice. Peculiar and intriguing.
