A rye Saison. Hmm... A clear amber with a firm meringue like head. A touch of haze. Smell is spicy with a good amount af Belgian funk and some orange tinged citrus. Dusty grapefruity notes as well as some herbal and spicy hops. Taste is very Belgian and there is a good rye sharpness that adds a quenching edge. A sweet malt body that goes belgian IPA but with a greater drinkability and lower abv. Firm hoppy finish and dry overall feel. Smooth and velvety carbonation with a medium light weight makes for a great session brew. A stupendous ale overall and worthy of bottles... Please Scott.
