Growler filled at the brewery a few hours ago...
Brewery description " Dry hopped like an IPA and brewed exclusively w/ the hop "zythos", an American take on the Belgian style"
Pours heavily clouded apricot, minimal head, next to no collar and very minor lacing. Carbonation on the low side obviously.
Nose is of some ripe fruit, soap and some faint coriander.
More ripe fruits, mellow and easy drinking. Belgian yeast notes, more soap , coriander and mild hoppy flourishes. Subtle and decently complex brew, could benefit from a bit more carbonation and more agressive spicing.
