On-tap poured into a mug.
A- It poured a light amber color with a 1 finger white head that eventually became a light lace that left some good sticky spots on the side of the glass.
S- The aroma was a little bit muted. The major scents I picked up were clean, grassy hops.
T- The flavor was mostly dominated by the hop profile. I did pick up some sweeter malts in the background, but grapefruit hop flavors dominated.
M- The mouthfeel was quite smooth with lighter carbonation. I could have been convinced it was a cask pull.
D- This is an easy drinker. I had more than one refill on an imperial pint. This would be a good grower or keg fill for some session drinking. Come to think of it, this is the time of year that you can see the Tigers, Wings, and Pistons in a single day. Hmmm...
