Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Pale golden with a light wispy lace.
Smell: Hints of lemon and sweet grain.
Taste: Crisp and light bodied, flavours of wheat and grain surround the tongue with an evening hop bitterness. The finish is grainy and lemony with a hint of buttery diacetyl.
Notes: Quite the quaffable brew ... perhaps a relative to the Koelsch Style Beer?
