Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Very dark brown with ruby edges in colour. The head is a thin wispy tan lace that fades.
Smell: Hints of dark chocolate and deep roasted coffee.
Taste: Sharp from a crisp carbonation, black malt and a dash of hop bitterness. Tangy from the acidity of the black malt which also lets through some light burnt flavours, but a slight sweetness balances the palette.
Notes: Simply amazing.
