Presentation: On cask, served at 55*F.
Appearance: An almost crystal clear, copperish in colour with a semi-sticky white lace.
Smell: A bit fruity up front, malt and subtle hop aroma mingle with faint alcohol in the nose.
Taste: Full malt palate, sweet and hints of caramel in the beginning. Then a touch of hop bitterness that is a bit leafy which dries in the aftertaste.
Notes: This is the real thing! True cask and real ale, it does not get better than this. The cream of the crop for American made bitters.
