Brewed with peaches, Belgian yeast and aged in oak barrels that previously held Pinot. Only 5 barrels existed apparently.
Pours a light golden color, white frothy head and lace. Aroma is light but fairly hoppy from a suitable dry hop process. The taste is slightly peachy, not too sweet and had a light white wine twang. Oaky and dry, easy drinking, well carbonated and satisfying. A nice little treat. I'd have this again but it's probably not going to happen. Interesting!
