One off barrel-aged version only for special events and festivals.
Hazed golden orange, thin wispy skim across the surface.
Big oaky aroma, pretty unmistakeable for a Chardonnay barrel. Buttery oak and light stonefruit.
Taste is very dry and oaky, buttery smooth feel with a light presence of tart underripe fruit in the background. Very dry and oak forward, not overly boozy or vinous. Mellow feel, very drinkable. Great version of this, hope they experiment with more.
