White head. Golden bronze color.

It has a lot going on that I like. The ginger is not over powering. It had a nice lime citrus. A little sour and a little tart. Very clean overall.

Light bodied. Refreshing and crisp. A very nice easy drinking sour.

On tap at Surly’s Beer Hall. Served in a 16 oz. chalice.

Appearance: Color is a clear golden orange. Moderate amount of bubbles and a good finger of white head which settles into a thin layer.

Smell: A zesty, fruity, and tart aroma with a scent of lime juice and ginger. Solid tart scent of lactic acid. Good hints of lime juice and pear. Subtle hints of ginger spice. Wheat grains with hints of cracker and yeast. Some nice hints of salt. A pretty solid aroma.

Taste: Like it smells, a zesty, tart, and fruity taste with good notes of lime and ginger. Sour presence of lactic acid. Very nice fruity taste of lime juice along with some notes of pear. Some moderate notes of ginger spice come through. Wheat grains with crisp notes of cracker and yeast. Subtle notes of salt. A very good taste.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Tart, juicy, and very smooth.

Overall: A very good twist on a Gose. The lime juice adds a good tangy kick and the ginger is subtle enough that it doesn't overwhelm the other flavors.
