Had this at the Surly beer hall. Light golden semitransparent, nose has fresh , lemon citrus, sweet fruit, very slight funk. Very light beer with a dry finish. Refreshing summer beer. Nice.

On tap at Surly’s Beer Hall. Served in a 16 oz. chalice.
Appearance: Color is a bright golden orange with a moderate amount of bubbles. Solid finger of white head that settles into a thin patchy layer.
Smell: A fruity and spicy farmhouse style aroma with a scent of citrus fruit and spice. Big scent of pineapple along with some citrus hints of orange, apricot, and lemon. Belgian yeast with hints of pepper, clove, and funk. Malt hints of grains, straw, and cracker. Some hints of banana and white grape.Hints of bubblegum and sugar. Some earthy hop hints as well. A pretty nice juicy aroma.
Taste: Like it smells, a fruity and spicy Belgian Farmhouse style taste with good notes of fruit and spice. Belgian yeast with notes of pepper, clove, and farmhouse funk. Big taste of pineapple juice along with some citrus fruit notes of orange, apricot, and lemon zest. Also some fruit notes of banana, pear, and white grape. Taste of bubblegum and sugar sweetness. Malt notes of straw, grains, and cracker. Some hop bitterness in the finish. A pretty good taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a medium to high level of carbonation. Juicy, crisp, and very smooth.
Overall: A very good twist on a Saison. The pineapple adds a nice fruity kick. It's like Cynic with much more fruit.
