16 oz chalice at the brewery. White head. Straw yellow.
Very nice pils flavor with some orange and citrus. Bready malts.
Light, chrisp, clean, and refreshing. Ends a little dry.
Solid pils. Very drinkable.

On tap at Surly’s Beer Hall. Served in a 16 oz. chalice.
Appearance: Color is a clear golden orange. Moderate amount of bubbles and a solid finger of white head with decent retention.
Smell: A bready and juicy aroma with a scent of biscuit and citrus. Malt hints of biscuit, grains, and cracker with lager yeast. Big hop presence with a citrus scent of orange, grapefruit, and lemon along with pineapple. Good hints of pine resin and grass. A very solid aroma.
Taste: Like it smells, a bready and juicy balanced taste of malt and hops with notes of biscuit and citrus. Bready malt notes of biscuit, straw, grains, and cracker along with some lager yeast. Citrus hop notes of orange peel, grapefruit, lemon, and melon with a little pineapple. Earthy hop notes of pine resin along with grass. A very nice taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp, juicy, and very smooth.
Overall: Another very good Pilsner in this series. Nice balance of biscuit malt and and juicy hops.
